Housed in a diecast case 222mm x 146mm x 55mm. Has an integrated 5.6A DM556 digital stepper driver. Opto-isolated socket for second external driver. Supplied with 2m of shielded cable for connection to stepper motor.
Note that no power supply is provided. Requires an easily available 'brick' style 24v @ 3-5A supply with 5.5mm x 2.5mm coaxial plug.

A built and tested controller unit ready to be fitted into a suitable case.
This is an updated design using larger 0.15" pitch screw terminals for wiring. An 8 pin SIL is provided to allow the keypad to directly attach to. (Alternative keypads with an 8 way 0.1" pitch connector should attach directly to this)
For ease of assembly the LCD can be separated from the PCB and is then fitted to the front panel of the case using the supplied screws and spacers and the PCB refitted.
To make a complete controller you'll also need a suitable driver (for your stepper motor). Power supply, case, keypad and any hardware (plugs, sockets, screws etc).

Keypad is constructed using high grade mechanical buttons providing tactile feedback.
The size is aprox 90mm x 90mm and the buttons are space 0.8" apart. Mounting holes for M3 screws are provided.
To use the front panel must be drilled with 12mm diameter holes on 0.8 inch spacing, the board is then mounted on spacers such that the buttons are flush to the top panel.
A suitable overlay can be glued to the top to give a professional appearance. This can either be purchased form my shop or can be made by printing onto thin high quality paper and laminating. This is then attached to the front panel with either double sided tape or glue. See frontpanel.pdf in downloads section
A short connecting cable is provided which plugs into the keypad and SIL socket on the divider module.
